Every Thursday evening, head chef Dionisio Randazzo and his passionate team will prepare a bespoke menu dedicated to a specific region within the Mediterranean for you to experience. Mare Nostrum means ‘our sea’ in Latin and this dinner series was created from a desire to showcase the culture and traditions of Dionisio’s upbringing – a childhood spent in the Mediterranean.

Our talented team of chefs have sourced seasonal local produce to recreate flavours and traditional dishes that will transport you metaphorically (and deliciously!) to the region for a night.

This month we visit Sicily, Dionisio’s hometown. Sicily is best known for its street food, or as Dionisio puts it “you don’t usually go to a restaurant in Sicily, the food comes straight to you…you don’t go to the food”.
