You're invited to join Margaret River winemaker Cliff Royle from Flametree Wines at a special dinner with matching wines amid breathtaking views.

An award-winning winemaker, Cliff selects exceptional quality fruit from throughout the Margaret River region, to produce hand-crafted wines with structure and depth.

Cliff will personally showcase a selection of his premium wines, carefully matched to a menu crafted by Altum's Head Chef, Dionisio Randazzo.


ON THE NIGHT

ARRIVAL

On arrival you’ll be treated to the Flametree Rosé 2018 and Sauvignon Blanc Semillon 2017 served with 2 canapés in the bar area.

ENTREE

Take a seat and enjoy the delicious Confit Petuna trout paired with the Flametree Chardonnay and Chenin Blanc 2017.

MAIN DISH

The main dish of the night is sumptuously slow cooked Wagyu beef ossobuco, delightfully matched with the Flametree Cabernet Sauvignon Malbec from 2016.

DESSERT

Cap off the evening with a Millefoglie al Marzamino, cheese and the Flametree SRS Syrah 2016.
