How many people can enjoy Ferris Wheel Dining together?
The Ferris Wheel Dining experience can accommodate 2 people per carriage. (Please contact us for your carriages of 3 or 4, limitations apply)
DO YOU CATER FOR SPECIAL DIETARY REQUIREMENTS? WHAT IF I HAVE AN ALLERGY?

HOW ARE WE SERVED OUR FOOD?
You will be boarded onto your Ferris Wheel carriage with your alternate served entree first and in approximately three 45-minute intervals your plates will be cleared and remaining courses and beverages for the evening will be served.
I DON’T DRINK ALCOHOL?
Please note in the booking comments, we can replace with no alcoholic beverages.
How long is the experience?
Approximately a 3 hour experience from check-in, with the Ferris Wheel Dining portion running for approximately 2 hours.
What if I get cold?
There are blankets on the carriage for your comfort.
WHERE DO WE PARK?
We can validate 1 car park ticket per booking for $10 each. Validate in the restaurant and pay at the Luna Park car parking station on the day.
WHAT DO I NEED TO WEAR?
The dress code for Ferris Wheel Dining is smart casual. It is possible to wear high heels on the Ferris Wheel; you are not required to wear flat or enclosed shoes on this ride. We recommend a jacket as the sun sets.
CAN I DRINK TEA OR COFFEE ON THE WHEEL?
For safety reasons, we are unable to serve hot beverages on the Ferris Wheel, however all guests are welcome to enjoy tea and coffee after the event in The Deck Bar lounge.
WHAT IF I WOULD LIKE TO EAT IN THE RESTAURANT INSTEAD?
Please let the staff know and they can make arrangements for you with the restaurant manager.
WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS?
In the case of inclement weather or for safety reasons, where management deem it unsafe to proceed with the experience on the Ferris Wheel, the menu will be offered in an alternate, indoor venue. For in-depth rescheduling or cancellation information please see the Terms and Conditions.
What if I need to use the toilet facilities?
Speak to the team at the Ferris Wheel and they will explain the procedure.
DO YOU HAVE ACCESSIBLE ACCESS?
We have accessible bathrooms. You will need to be able to transfer into the Ferris Wheel with the aid of a career. The gondola has adequate floor space to accommodate a service animal.
