The Deck Sydney Ambassador Program


Welcome to the Ambassador site. This is your site. You are an Ambassador. Therefore you receive the full entitlements of an Ambassador of The Deck Restaurant.

Your Ambassador card is unique to you; it unlocks so many features and also stores your preferences for dining. No two cards are alike. Yours will indicate your specific requirements, even to seating preference. Therefore your card is not transferable.

However you may 'loan' it to a colleague; details outlining how this can be done are below in the ‘How to Book’ section.

You are free to explore the many benefits you receive as an Ambassador, along with the Terms and Conditions of your Membership below.

But for now, it's time for you to enjoy The Deck Restaurant, the treats from our Cordon Bleu Chef and all the special VIP treatment and respect accorded to you as an Ambassador.

How To Book

The Deck Sydney

Ambassador bookings must be made through our Reservations team, who can be contacted on (02) 9033 7670. Please quote your unique Ambassador Card number and the issuing name at the time of your booking.

Ambassador bookings may be made on behalf of the Ambassador by an appointed representative, indicated when joining the program. Bookings may also be made by either the Ambassador, or  the Ambassador’s representative in the name of a work colleague, to whom the Ambassador card is being ‘loaned’ however additional loan booking requirements apply. Their meal account – which will include all discounts - must be paid for in full, on departure from The Deck. There are no exceptions to this rule.


Your Ambassador Card is a special Deck Restaurant privilege card. When you do bring family or friends to enjoy the Park’s entertainment, your Ambassador discount will also apply to Food and Beverage or Merchandise purchases throughout the Park.

15% price reduction when dining at The Deck Sydney

Available for use when dining at The Deck Restaurant, and applied to current product prices. Ambassadors are required to enjoy lunch at The Deck at least once every calendar month to maintain their Ambassador status, however their privileges may be accessed at any time or on any day The Deck restaurant is open for business.

Complimentary tea and coffee following your meal at The Deck Sydney

Available to every guest accompanying you when you dine. Unable to be used for standalone coffee orders from the Bar.

15% price reduction at a range of Luna Park Sydney Food & Beverage outlets

Outlets include the morning Coffee Cart, Helter Skelter, Hungry Horse, the Ice Cream Parlour and the Snowy shaved ice outlet. To redeem, please present your card to be scanned by staff.


15% price reduction at a range of Luna Park Sydney Merchandise outlets

Outlets include the Luna Park Merchandise Shop and Novelties store. The price reduction is unable to be redeemed on Showbags or Photography products from the Wild Mouse, Coney Island Slideshots or Roving Opportunities.

A complimentary pre-dining beverage at the Bar, when dining at The Deck Sydney

One drink available to every guest accompanying you when you dine. Please ask your Deck representative when you visit for more information on the current beverage choices.

Complimentary parking for up to two cars, every time you dine at The Deck Sydney

Please present your car park ticket to your Deck representative, to be exchanged for a complimentary exit ticket, free of charge.

Ambassador rates for functions and events with the Luna Park Venues team

The Deck Sydney Ambassador Privilege Card is an invite-only program that expire within 12 months once activated, provided the minimum dining requirements are met. These requirements are that the Ambassador personally enjoys lunch at The Deck restaurant at least once every calendar month. ‘Loaning’ of the Ambassador Card does not count towards the minimum dining requirements.

The Ambassador discount may be combined with any current special offer, promotion or discount available in the restaurant at the time of dining. This extension is also available to 'loan' bookings. The Ambassador discount may also be combined with pre-booked special event experiences such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Melbourne Cup, New Years Eve at The Deck or Ferris Wheel Dining, provided that the Ambassador attends the booking in person. This extension is not available to 'loan' bookings. Initially, the availability of ticketing at Ambassador rates for special events may be limited to the Ambassador and their one guest.

Any Luna Park Sydney Amusement Park benefits are only available during regular Park operations, on days that the Park is open to the general public.

We reserve the right to adjust the benefits and terms of the Ambassador program from time to time, without notice, and will endeavour to inform you of any changes by email as soon as possible.
