The Deck Sydney's menu is designed as a range of dishes for individuals or as a shared selection.

Executive chef Michael Roper has been with The Deck since it opened in 2007. Previously working as head chef at the decadent M on the Bund in Shanghai, his vast knowledge and experience ensures The Deck is at the forefront of Australian dining.

Drinks Menu

Choose from a great list of wines sourced from all the major Australian & New Zealand wine growing regions, plus a range of international wines to complement our Mediterranean style cuisine.

We currently stock over 100 wines, so there is sure to be something to suit your taste and occasion.

Group Menus

IN THE RESTAURANT:

Available for ten or more guests, we offer a unique menu experience with our “group share” dining. This is a platter to table service where each guests enjoys a portion of each entrée, main & dessert. This style of dining gives you and your guests a communal and interactive dining experience.

Please note that the Group Share menus need to be arranged prior to your booking with our Reservations Coordinator. Our menus are also seasonal and subject to change.

IN THE BAR:

For groups of 20 plus, enjoy a tasty array of canapés served in the bar area with your own selection of beverages.

Please note: A 7.5% service charge applies to all Group Bookings for both Group Share and a la carte dining in the restaurant (10+ guests), as well as reserved bookings in the Bar area (20+ guests).

The Deck Sydney also welcomes you to bring your own birthday cake, which can be served to your guests for $5pp. This service includes taking delivery of your cake and plating by our chefs, to be served with cream, coulis and strawberries.
