Thank you for considering The Deck for your group booking.

We offer you the choice between a delicious range of canape's (60 people max on Fri/Sat) or a group menu if you would like a sit down dinner (30 people max on Fri/Sat)

Please fill out the enquiry form and make your menu selections from the canape or group booking menu. If you have any special requests please let us know and if you would like to book midweek the group numbers are able to increase.

Vegetarians and guests with special dietary requirement's are catered for by our chefs.

	Beef carpaccio – served with armagnac dressing, crispy capers, parmesan cheese and anchovies
	Pea and ham hock soup, croutons
	Moroccan soup with lentils, chick peas, kidney beans, dollop of yoghurt, fresh coriander, thick cut rustic bread
	Roast sweet potato, shaved goats cheese, baby spinach, caramelized Spanish onion in balsamic dressing
	Rocket, parmesan and pear salad

Mains - please choose 3 options (all mains served with shared green salad and fries)

	Salmon fillet, mustard potatoes, crispy bacon and rocket
	Boned and roast chicken, lemon roast potatoes, zucchini
	Pan seared mulloway fish fillet with a sauté of artichokes, peas, onions, mint & lemon beurre blanc
	Risotto of swiss browns porcini and field mushrooms with rocket
	Char grilled rump steak with warm kipfler potatoes, Portobello mushrooms in tarragon butter

Dessert - please choose 2 options

	Rich belgium chocolate terrine, orange caramel and double cream
	Lemon polenta cake, poached rhubarb, lime clotted cream
	Crème caramel, orange salad, tuille biscuit.
	Cheese plate - selection of Australian and imported cheeses, with dried fruits, quince paste, oatcakes and lavoshe
