The Deck Sydney's menu is designed as a range of dishes for individuals or as a shared selection.

Executive chef Michael Roper has been with The Deck since it opened in 2007. Previously working as head chef at the decadent M on the Bund in Shanghai, his vast knowledge and experience ensures The Deck is at the forefront of Australian dining.

A 7.5% service charge applies to all bookings of 8+ people in the restaurant.
