Following this you are invited to enjoy a glass of sparkling wine and a roaming amuse bouche as you wait to be called for boarding.

When you carriage is ready for boarding our staff will ask you to proceed to the Ferris Wheel loading area, located right next door to The Deck.

Our staff will seat you in your private Ferris Wheel carriage, fitted with a custom made table and linen as well as full restaurant style place settings.

Your server will then explain the progression of the night and get you started on your entrée platter and matched wines.

The progression of your evening whilst on the Ferris Wheel will follow a general pattern of short rotations followed by longer periods of continuous spinning. This is to accommodate the boarding of guests and the clearing and serving of each course and the accompanying wines. The Ferris Wheel will be run at a reduced speed so as not to impact your dining experience.

If at any time throughout the night you need to exit the Ferris Wheel, you may use the provided light signal to indicate to your server that you wish to disembark.

After your dessert is served you will have time to enjoy the last rotations of the Wheel before disembarking.

At this point, we invite you to join us back inside The Deck Sydney bar where tea, coffee and petit fours will be available to Ferris Wheel Dining guests.

Your experience is now coming to an end however you are welcome remain at the bar, where you may purchase additional drinks at your own pace.
